I am happy to help your organization work through workplace issues or identify opportunities to advance your DEI strategy. Depending on your needs, I offer in-person and virtual trainings, workshops, and presentations on diversity and inclusion. As an anthropologist, I specialize in applied anthropology, using ethnographic research skills to develop diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and conduct cultural assessments, change management interventions, increase employee engagement, among other things.

Most of my consulting work is now done through my business, Willing Observers LLC.
